Sustainability

As a property manager we recognize that we have an opportunity to reduce the environmental impact of the assets that we manage.  In particular our strategy focuses on increasing the efficiency of our properties in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water consumption and waste production.
One of the challenges that we have faced in our attempts to reduce the direct impacts associated with our assets is that as a landlord we can only influence the space that we control. Our occupiers are generally responsible for the majority of the impacts associated with our buildings. Therefore, in addition to providing the highest standards of customer service we also seek opportunities to support and motivate our occupiers to reduce their own sustainability impacts such as those arising through utility consumption, transportation, or waste production. This is because we believe such collaboration can bring about mutual benefits.
