Staff Kate M. O'Hara In her role as Senior Property Manager, Ms. O'Hara is responsible for the oversight of the MacGregor Property Management portfolio. With over 10 years experience in commercial real estate, Ms. O'Hara is experienced in multiple aspects of the real estate business, including management and operations, leasing, construction management and contract negotiations. Kate was previously with CB Richard Ellis where she was a real estate manager responsible for the financial performance and physical aspects of more than half a million square feet of commercial office buildings in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. She has also held property management positions at Jones Lang LaSalle. She attended Radford University in Radford, VA. Sharon O'Rourke Ms. O'Rourke brings a vast set of finance and accounting skills to MacGregor Property Management. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction including 25 years of experience in property management with several prominent DC area developers and contractors. Currently, as Controller for MacGregor Property Management, she oversees all property management accounting, reporting directly to the partners and working with senior property managers. Alexandra Larsen Ms. Larsen has managed all aspects of MacGregor Property Management's internal office administration duties for the past three years. She performs document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures and administers the firm's telecommunications infrastructure. |
